Because we sell digital products, including ebooks and downloadable content, all purchases are delivered electronically and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Atlas Library are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to their purchased digital content.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

  • The ebook file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.

  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.

  • Incompatibility with software or devices not listed as supported.

  • Lack of usage after purchase.
